Meghan Duchess of Sussex Nominated for a People's Choice Award

How exciting, for Duchess Meghan. Her podcast Archetypes has just been nominated for a People's Choice Award in the category Pop Podcasts of 2022. Can you get a load of that???

So, the People's Choice Awards, if you don't know, was created in 1975 by Bob Stivers and it is the people who select the winners. So people will get to vote online for the winner in each category. I just checked out the People's Choice Awards About Us on Wiki:
"The People's Choice Awards is an American awards show, recognizing people in entertainment, voted online by the general public and fans. The show has been held annually since 1975,[1][2] with the winners originally determined using Gallup Polls until a switch to online voting in 2005.
The awards were created by Bob Stivers, who produced the first show in 1975.[3][4] The first awards recognized The Sting as Favorite Picture of 1974, Barbra Streisand as the year's Favorite Film Actress, and John Wayne as its Favorite Film Actor.[5] So far, Ellen DeGeneres is the most awarded person, with a total of 20 awards."
So Ellen Degeneres is the most prolific winner of this award, but maybe Meghan Duchess of Sussex can change that.
Congratulations, Duchess Meghan!! The Award Ceremony will be held on December 6 2022. Not sure if Meghan and Harry will be in town as they will be traveling a lot at the end of the year. They have another award ceremony for GQ, in London and then she also has another award with the Kennedy foundation on December 6 in New York.
