Do the Sussexes Need to Worry About Over Exposure?

 The question is whether the Sussexes need to worry about over-exposure. 

Maybe a little bit. They need to cultivate a little bit more mystery, I think. The people should rant and rave about not seeing them for a good while, but they should work behind the scenes to build their empire and let Kate and William and Charles and Camilla do the rounds. Everything will eventually come to light when the press is not so distracted. Meanwhile, Meghan and Harry need to avoid over-exposure. It is okay for Kate and William to be over-exposed right now. But not Harry and Meghan. 

Kate and William will be the next king and queen of England and it is very important that they are liked in England and in Australia and New Zealand. I think I heard that their first official state visit post-Charles III acceding to the throne will be down under. Kate and William will have to prove to the people that the monarchy still matters and that it is still needed. This is not necessarily a foregone conclusion. Even though they are having a great time now and receiving only glowing press, just wait. Once the public becomes satiated with all the goodness, they will begin to peel back those onions.

Because the news organizations have to sell papers.  They will not get away with treating Kate the way they treated Meghan because the royal machinery will come to defend her. But just wait. She will have her time in the dog house. Not wishing it on her. But that is just how life tends to work.

While Kate and William are busy taking up all the bandwidth, Meghan and Harry can use this time to relax and nurture their family and relationship. They need a 5-year plan. They need to quietly construct that and stay focused. Sky News Australia will try to put a monkey wrench in everything they try to do. So don't let Sky News know what they are up to. Cede the spotlight to Kate and William and work behind the scenes. There is so much to do! I wish I could help them more than just writing this blog. But they have so much to do. And all of it needs to be done behind the scenes.

Go Team Harry and Meghan! But do it in secret!
