Meghan and Harry are not spoiled Brats! Are they?
Hmmm....
That's a good question. I would say it is possible they could be a little bit spoiled. Meghan is an only child for her mom Doria. Doria is very proud of her daughter. Her handiwork. She reminds me a little bit of Eartha Kitt and Eartha's daughter whose name, I think, is Kitt. Kitt recently said that her mother constantly told her she was beautiful and took her everywhere. I think Doria was kind of like that with Meghan. And Meghan was a precious little cutie when she was a baby. It was ridiculous how cute she was. Of course, she was going to be spoiled. And her father too seemed to dote on little Meghan. So, she was indulged, at a minimum. She got what she wanted and needed. And there were surpluses probably.
But if anybody spoiled Meghan the most, it was probably Meghan. Once she started to make a little money on Suits, she began to pamper herself and give herself what she needed. She was not waiting for anybody to do it for her. She bought her first Hermes watch with her own money, for example. She has always just taken really good care of herself. And for some people, that level of self-pampering means you are spoiled. And Meghan is okay with that. She is unapologetic.
As for Harry, he literally grew up in a palace where everything was done for him and was handed to him. He lacked nothing. He was adored by millions of people just for being born.
Now, there is a difference between being spoiled, and being a spoiled brat. I don't see either Meghan or Harry as being spoiled brats. They are not on a bratty level. They are two people who demand the best. This is not bratty. This is self-confidence. There is nothing wrong with that. They are not brats. They are selfless people who give a lot of their time and resources to others. But they demand the best they can out of their own lives and there is nothing bratty about that.
