How much more punishment can Harry take? The public is not nearly as hateful towards Harry as they are to Meghan. Especially the girls. Women hate Harry's wife a lot more than Piers Morgan and the few other guys in England without girls or boyfriends, hate her. People hate Meghan a lot. But some women really despise Meghan and Harry gets some heat from it, and if his book is disappointing, he is going to hear it. This must make him tense.
Here is a quote from Penguin Random House about What Harry said about his memoir:
"Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, said, 'I’m writing this not as the prince I was born but as the man, I have become. I’ve worn many hats over the years, both literally and figuratively, and my hope is that in telling my story—the highs and lows, the mistakes, the lessons learned—I can help show that no matter where we come from, we have more in common than we think. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to share what I’ve learned over the course of my life so far and excited for people to read a firsthand account of my life that’s accurate and wholly truthful.'”
It does not sound so salacious to me in tone but people seem to think it is going to be this gutter-sniping book that rubbished his stepmother, Camilla. There was a lot of talk about him wanting to edit the book and the publishers not letting him. This may be true but it could all be spin, to get people more interested. The more they let us think there is all this tension and suspense, the more we want to buy that book already. It's like, where is it? When is it coming out? That thing is going to fly off the shelves.
But Harry knows what is in it, and what is not in it. This can cause stress. I hope he is handling his stress with healthy habits, and not living in his wine cellar. That is all I can say as I wait along with everyone else for the arrival of this masterpiece he has written.
