Prince Harry's Work With Better Up Encourages Everyone to Safeguard and Maintain their Mental Health

Prince Harry is Husband Goals

He is such a catch! Not only is Prince Harry hot AF and treats his wife with the utmost consideration, but he also is a hard worker who strives to improve the quality of life for his family and others.

Prince Harry, in addition to being the husband of the indomitable Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, is quite the entrepreneur. One of his main gigs at the moment is working as Chief Impact Officer at a start-up called Better Up. Check out Prince Harry's bio on Betterup.com to get a better sense of his illustrious career to far.

He is billed as a "humanitarian, military veteran, mental wellness advocate, and environmentalist." Among other things, he is the founder of the Invictus Games as well as a co-founder of Sentebale a charity that helps children in Africa. Sentebale is also the alleged name for a future vineyard that Harry and his wife Meghan are reportedly looking to buy in Napa Valley, California.

Last week, Harry attended the  Masters of Scale Summit in San Francisco with 800 other thought leaders and entrepreneurs to discuss matters impacting humanity such as mental health, connectivity, and technology. At this gathering, Harry apparently shared that he now has a coach and he also receives therapy regularly.

A few months back, Harry, in his role as Impact Officer at Better Up, hosted a short film by Better Up that is about mental fitness, "wellbeing, performance, and growth."

The Prince chatted with 3 people during the début of the film which "highlights shared experiences, philosophies, and positive habits that all people can leverage to create and sustain a mental fitness practice."

Harry is a true proponent of good mental health and he advocates proactivity in one's approach to maintaining mental health. This is very clever because so many people wait till they have a big mental health crisis to seek help but Harry and the team at Better Up advocate that wherever possible, people and their employers do everything they can to prevent the problem from occurring in the first place.
