How Meghan, Duchess of Sussex Lost her Baby Weight + Post Partum Depression

MEGHAN HAS STRUGGLED LIKE ALL WOMEN TO LOSE HER PREGNANCY WEIGHT

For a lot of women, losing the last 15 pounds of weight that they put on after having a baby is much harder than losing menopause belly fat. And everybody knows that menopause belly fat is the absolute devil.

For Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, it has not been easy to do. She is focused on doing it in a healthy way so as not to compromise her health. Clearly, she has done well and looks FANTASTIC. But it is not easy by any means.

What does she actually do? Well, she does her yoga. She watches what she eats as carefully as she can. She takes supplements. And she keeps busy.

The Duchess has a very healthy body image and her husband loves her as she is.

She is not ever going to be as skinny as Kate Middleton. Kate is beautiful in her own way and the two women have totally different body types.

Meghan wants to have a healthy relationship with her sister-in-law. There is no competition between them from Meghan's perspective and certainly, the fact that Kate has been able to rebound to her pre-pregnancy size as quickly as she did is great for her, as far as Meghan is concerned.

Meghan is very sympathetic to women who struggle to lose those last few pounds. She is almost at her ideal weight right now. Fitness and health are priorities for the Duchess and every day she strives to improve in every way she can.

As for postpartum depression, this is a very real thing that the Duchess does not trivialize. She is very sympathetic to all women who experience this because she knows first-hand how hard it is to cope with.

But to have her beautiful children, she would have paid any price, like any other woman.
